We also accept checks, money order, or certified funds mailed or delivered to our office. We offer a secure drop box for after hours and weekends.

We will issue a work order to our vendor who will make contact with you, normally within 24 hours. If they can not reach you they will leave a message and a call back number. You will be able to coordinate the repair with the vendor according to your schedule in most cases.
30 days ( or sooner) before the end of your lease you will let us know if you desire to extend your lease or if you are planning to move. We will either work with you to extend the lease or will help you with your move out requirements. Unless you extend your lease you will be expected to vacate the property on or before the last day of your lease.
Our lease states that we have 60 days to return your Security Deposit disbursement. Depending on the condition of the property and the payment status of all final utilities we can often return your proceeds sooner than this 60 days.
